Here’s some of the latest Hubble Telescope images since the cameras on board the HST have been repaired. really amazing images. go to HubbleSite.org for some great wallpapers.

wow, just noticed this a short while ago. on Crackberry.com’s BlackBerry App Roundup for April 24th, my Zelda 8-bit theme got a mention. I thought that was pretty sweet. I had toyed around with the idea of making the theme for other models, but with all the stuff I have going on it went on the backburner. I didn’t know people actually wanted this so, I’ve decided to start on it soon. soon as in within a couple weeks, lots to get done before then. keep checking back and it will rear its 8-bit head one of these days.

I got my bold yesterday, and have spent pretty much every waking moment since with my eyes glued to it, figuring it out. I’m very, very, very impressed with this thing. don’t get me wrong, I lurve my curve but DAMN. the OS is awesome, it’s fast, the screen is beautiful, it’s got more memory than my brain has installed… spec-wise and aesthetically it blows the curve out of the water, but the curve is still better than any other brand of phone out there. plus it looks more manly and stuff, since it’s bigger with bigger keys. so there’s that.

anyway, I’m gonna lay off trying to figure out how to make bold themes until I get tired of my wallpaper, then I’ll whip something up… until then I’m still gonna roll out some curve themes I’ve been working on lately, soon.

wow, I just love all these uses for the customized icons on my themes. for instance I’ve seen the fourth or fifth theme that’s used some of them (in particular, profiles icons) that I made specifically for certain themes, by hand … it’s not flattery, it’s moronic thievery. it’s one thing when someone asks me for icons, but photoshopping a screenshot and then using it on your own theme? come on. that’s pretty low. so, from now on, my themes will all be previewed in crappy low-res. I have no tolerance for asshole thieves, next time ask nicely and you might receive. well, maybe not now.

well, just got off the phone with at&t and the csr was about to shit himself he was so excited. I took full advantage of the free Bold offer, it’s just too good to pass up. I was surprised they would even be open on a Sunday, much less on Easter. but hey, cool. I’m still gonna keep my curve on prepaid to buy games/apps with, cause my curve is gangsta.

like I said before, I’ll still make 83xx themes… but I’ll be focusing on 9000 ones. my plan is to port the 9000 themes to to the curve, once I figure out how.

edit, yeah ok…. apparently I’m getting it wednesday instead of tuesday. no biggie… one more day, one more day….

I’ve decided to push back the two I posted earlier in the week, as I am working on a tie-dye theme for a fellow cb poster and I want to put my efforts into that at the moment… I’m sure people are sick of my themes by now but I will get those other two themes out possibly by the end of the week… I’ve been very busy.

looks like I’ll be getting my usb port fixed after all, thankfully I know someone willing to try it for free. hopefully I’ll still get that bold though… then I’ll be a typical nerd with 2 BB’s. so don’t worry, I’ll still keep up with the theming for both.
